The musical debuted on November 8, 2006 at the Hilton Theatre for the Christmas season and closed on January 7, 2007. The musical will have a second limited run at the St. James Theatre from November 9, 2007 to January 6, 2008.[2] This second production will offer up to 15 performances a week, surpassing its predecessor.
In the first week of December 2006, the musical topped the Broadway Box Office grosses, putting an end to Wicked's top-grossing streak that had lasted 100 weeks
