November, 1959 at Kingston Ontario Canada. He was fascinated by music from a very early age. He worked as a dishwasher during his school days to earn enough money to buy a guitar. These were the days when he really started to take music seriously and made some strides to get into the Vancouver music scene. His talents earned him a place on a rock band Sweeney Todd
as the lead vocalist. Bryan impressed everyone so much that he was chosen to play the lead vocals on the bands next album If Wishes Were Horses
and this was when he was only fifteen years old. Soon after the release of the album in 1977, Bryan Adams
left the band to go solo.
Bryan’s talents earned him his first recording contract in 1978 when A&M Records took him onboard. Bryan Adams
released his self-titled debut album in 1980 in Canada. It got a very respectable response which enabled him to release his second album You Want It, You Got It
the very next year. If his debut had thrust him into the world of music, this album helped to bring him some air time on various charts.
was beginning to grab a foothold in the industry and released his next album in 1983. The title of the album was Cuts Like a Knife
and it turned out to be his first major hit. The song Straight from the Heart

was a super duper blockbuster. The album was co-produced by Bob Clearmountain
with Bryan himself and was released in 1984. Tracks like Run to You, One Night Love Affair, It’s Only Love, Somebody, Heaven
and Summer of ’69
all had their own videos. Almost every song from the album became a rage which in turn manifested itself in getting the album five time platinum status. On top of all that the album, songs and Bryan Adams
got nominated for some of the biggest awards in the industry. Bryan went on a two year world tour to promote the album with various other artists. Bryan-mania had well and truly spread beyond North America by then and his fans bought Bryan Adams tickets
to make every show a sell-out.
Bryan followed it up with the release of his next album in 1987 titled Into the Fire
. The album sold a staggering four million copies around the world and was certified platinum. His next Album Waking up the Neighbours
might sound like a hard hitting rock album but it was anything but. It was a melodious album which contained one of the biggest hit songs of all time Everything I Do
. The song spent six straight weeks at the top spot in the U.S. which was bettered by its performance in the British charts where it spent an astonishing sixteen weeks at the top. The British run remains to this day the longest in British history.

and one of the songs from that album Please Forgive Me
became an international sensation as well. The song topped charts everywhere around the world and cemented Bryan’s reputation as being one of the best musicians of all time.
