Florida Panthers was named after the endangered species of the world’s largest cat thus making such endangered species immortal. Later the fans found out the story and thus celebrated it by throwing rubber rats on the ice which soared to 2000 during the playoffs.
In 1996,
Florida Panthers had an interaction with Boston Bruins and grabbed five games victoriously. Bill Lindsay’s most famous goal that clinched the series is still unforgettable as it made its trademark recognition in the hearts of Panther lovers.
